IT AIN'T REALLY THAT IMPORTANT - COMPARED TO......

TOS asked me how I was doing after the election. I’ve been thinking about that and I remembered a forward from my cousin that put’s things into perspective.

This election, when you compare it to some really big things, doesn’t mean much. Here’s a look. It helped make me realize this temporary Democrat win isn’t as important as we might think in the grand scheme of things.

THE HATE OF ROSIE AND MOHAMMED

Detached Thinking Dominates Rosie and the Jihadists

Iraqi Shiites and Sunnis hate each other more than they hate Americans. At least that’s how I read the latest figure made public by the Iraqi Government.

Shiites and Sunnis have killed 150,000 of their own. The bombs are infrequently aimed at Americans now and most frequently aimed at each other. Apparently, the hate spawned and encouraged by Mohammed's Koran continues and his jihadists don’t know how to stop killing.

Rosie O’Donnell compared fundamentalist Christians to the jihadists terrorists killing their own. But then Rosie has never been too bright. She would be killed as a lesbian by the jihadists she is comparing to Christians. Interestingly, she has lived among fundamentalist Christians....that’s the point....she has LIVED. She would NOT be allowed to live among these Islomofacists.

With defenders like Rosie, the Jihadists will continue their killing in Iraq and try to export more of it to America. She and her leftist friends will try to stop the National Security Agency (NSA) from identifing those terrorsits. If they succeed, Rosie and her friends will be to blame. They will do what Clinton did, ignore Jihadist attacks on America. I wonder, then, if someone in her family is killed, will she’ll change her tune. I doubt it. She is symptomatic of the detached thought of the left and the jihadists. She and they have had to turn their hatred at someone, Rosie at Christians, among whom, she lives, and the Islamofacists have turned their hate on each other.

When the NSA is unable to track the terrorists and the blood of Americans is running the our own streets, who will Rosie and friends blame. Bush, of course, not the blood thirsty Mohammad-inspired hate mongers.

Rosie’s hate, like that of the jihadists, will continue to perpetuate murderous terrorism. Apparently, she is no different from those Shiites and Sunnis who have been taught by Mohammed to kill and can’t figure out how to stop themselves.

Here's an update on what Rosie thinks...if you can really call it thinking.

QUESTIONS FOR DEMOCRATS

Will you allow terrorists to call America on phones in America without listening to their plotting?
Will you keep the economy strong or raise taxes and regulations to punishing levels?
Will cut and run from Iraq leaving the people there to the ravages of terrorists?
Will you allow Iraq to fall to terrorists who say they’ll turn it into a terrorist training camp?
Will you provide the arms to American soldiers necessary to defend themselves?
Will you have the backbone to stand up to Iran?
Will you help defend Israel, or take the side of Islamofacists?
Will you be controlled by the Soros created Moveon.org hate mongers?
Will you destroy constitutional law and give international courts control over Americans?
Will you embrace the “hate Bush” left’s effort at impeachment?
Will you justify hate justified by Islam and continue to attack Christianity and Judaism?
Will you allow unfettered immigration bringing crime and terrorists over our borders?
Will you continue to put other countries ahead of America?
Will you take responsibility of terrorist attacks if you hamstring our mutual defense?

When will you begin being more defensive of America than America’s enemies.

THE DEMOCRAT'S PROBLEM

Will wild-eyed Nancy Pelosi and MINO Harry Reid have the power to reign-in their far-left Soros sponsored institutionalized hate mongers who inhabit the blogosphere. The haters are so committed to vengeance I doubt they’ll be satisfied with anything short of an all out offensive against President Bush.

What is interesting is that, if that happens, the Democrats will be petrified and unable to do much of anything....other than bluster and blabber. It will also show perfectly the vacuum that is the Democrat agenda.

Now the problem facing Democrats. Now “they” are responsible for what happens in Iraq, Iran, North Korea, Durfar, illegal immigration, terrorism and the economy. If they scuttle the economy with efforts at increasing the regulations, taxes and eliminating energy drilling which will increase gas prices, it will be directly put at the door step of the Democrats. Any successes will be Bush’s success, despite Democrat obstruction. It will be the Democrat dilemma. In a way, they now have a stake in making sure things go smoothly.

The worse things are in 2008, the less chance the Democrats will have to keep the house and Senate, especially if it is perceived that the Moveon.org Democrats are responsible for diverting attention away from the war on terror and America is hit. The terrorists are not going to stop attempting to hit America because Democrats are in charge of Congress.

What will Democrats do. I wonder if they know what they are going to do themselves.

COMEUPPANCE CAN REALLY BE SWEET

Two items in the past couple of weeks have been very rewarding to me personally. As a former journalist, I’ve lamented the completely politically agendized mainstream media, which has gone so far overboard in bashing George W. Bush and Republicans, they have given up any pretense professional journalism.

The first item was the New York Times effort to bash Bush with the release of Iraqi documents outlining how to build a nuclear bomb. The Times, claimed the documents showed that in 1990 Saddam was only a year away from the capacity of building a nuclear weapon.

Inadvertently, the Times had proven an active program for building WMDs in Iraq. Thank you NYT for putting your foot in your presses and proving what you’ve been denying for 4 years, Saddam was trying to build nuclear bombs.

The second item, was the statement by John Kerry calling American troops in Iraq stupid. This time Kerry can’t blame Bush or the Swift Boat Vets. He did it all by himself and has removed himself from consideration for president in 2008. That certainly isn't bad. The irony of ironies is that Kerry thinks of himself as smarter than Bush, even though his grades were lower at Yale than Bush's and his alleged misstatement proves he's even dumber than he claims our brave and intelligent soldiers in Iraq are.

Neither the Times nor Kerry can blame anyone but themselves for their gaffs and that is the beauty of it.

Eliminate tax cuts.
Increase taxes.
Cut and run from Iraq
Cut and run from encouraging growth of international democracy
Praise radical Islam while punishing Christianity and Judaism
Expand anti-Semitism through radicalized blogs and 527 groups
Increase regulations to stop greenhouse gases
Stop energy drilling in the U.S.
Stop refinery construction in America
Halt development of nuclear energy
End the Patriot Act stopping the wiretapping of terrorist calls
Allow anyone and everyone to cross our borders
Impeach President Bush
Cut off funds for our soldiers in Iraq
Weaken the US Military so it cannot defend America when necessary
Ignore Iran and North Korea’s nuclear intentions
Expand government taking of private land
Increase restrictions on property you own
Allow courts to legislate from the bench
Install international law to supercede constitutional law
Expand and encourage abortion
Use global warming to raise taxes on businesses
Increase cost of entry level jobs by increasing minimum wage
Punish businesses, who want to expand, with higher corporate taxes
Take more money from the people who are paying the highest taxes already
Punish entrepreneurial technological enthusiasm with more regulations and taxes
Destroy large pharmaceutical companies destroy

I VOTED FOR JOHN F. KERRY

We voted early this year...as a matter of fact, we voted early and often. But this year I departed from my traditional voting selections, and voted for John Kerry. When I left the polling place, an exit poll worker practicing for the regular election coming up on Tuesday, asked me who I voted for.

When I told her John F. Kerry, she was incredulous.

“Whada-ya mean Kerry? He wasn’t even on the ballot!” she said.

I said:

“Well I voted for Kerry to leave America because he fouling the gene pool.”

She left mumbling to herself. I just smiled...I have a firm and fast rule...ALWAYS LIE TO POLLSTERS. It’s a form of rebellion against their effort at mind control and makes election night oh, so much more interesting.
