America is in a financial crisis according to every report you can read. What is Obama doing...still on the campaign trail and criticizing McCain for going back to Washington to deal with the crisis that affects every American.
Obama is doing what he always does...he's going to vote PRESENT and not make a decision. What is more important, face a critical issue that affects all Americans or being on Letterman and having a worthless debate, or going back and doing your job as a Senator?

I saw something funny on the "other" blog.
Obama would rather lose an economy than lose an election.
He's been praticing for this debate without his teleprompters and he may forget his lines. They are weaning him from his security blankie.

I read a column the other day saying that the first debate may make or break Obama simply because he relies on the teleprompter so much...So it will be interesting to see just how well he does without that "security blankie." I suspect you're right that he may have some trouble. I think his lack of experience is going to show big time, and I'm predicting he will make a gaff as big as the 57 state remark. NG
Unless Jim Leher helps him out.
